"Not only do we run the restaurant, we also have a banquet facility" head chef Gregory Johnson said. "So we had the DNC booked, but now they not coming. We had a lot of weddings booked, anniversaries, and birthday parties, but we had to give the people all of their money back, so that really hit us hard."
That's not going to stop them from doing what they love to do here - cooking with a smile.
"What's popping right now is the seafood boil," Johnson said. "That's why I've got one on display for everyone to see. This is our best seller right now. You have crab boil, fresh corn - we don't freeze corn - shrimp, you got snow crab legs, red potatoes, and sausage."
