MILWAUKEE — Artisan Ramen is a Japanese cuisine based restaurant that focuses on Ramen, and they were on a roll until the pandemic hit.
General Manager Zoe Gagliano said things have changed within the business since the pandemic hit.
"I think it changed a lot more because people were afraid to come inside our building obviously germs are going around as such, and also car-side offered everywhere in Milwaukee so we had a lot more competition as well," said Gagliano.
Sales have dropped 60 percent over the past few months and Zoe misses her full dining room.
"I miss it so much. I'm so used to having my entire dining room full my entire bar full. I mean that's the whole reason I got into this business is actual guests, and meeting so many people on a regular basis. So, we definitely miss a lot of that action for sure," said Gagliano.
Artisan Ramen is located at 530 E Mason St. in Milwaukee.
