DELAFIELD — The Delafield BrewHaus was the first of its kind in the area and they're adjusting well to life during a pandemic.

"It's actually the concept of four local businessmen," general manager Eric Knutson said. "They had a dream, they traveled the country, traveled the world as a matter of fact, and thought, 'we have to have a brewpub in our own backyard,' and twenty years ago they built the Delafield Brewhaus."
Business is down 70 to 80 percent since the pandemic hit, but they re-opened last Thursday and the customer support has been amazing.
"It's been unbelievable from the first Friday that we did the curbside," Eric said. "We were just literally overwhelmed with support, actually more than we can handle. I had to write a little bit of an apology letter just because we just had so many people in the parking lot that it was just hard to service all of them."
