Marty's Pizza continues traditional food amid nontraditional times

Marty's Pizza, Pasta and Subs has been serving homemade pizza since 1957.

The restaurant isn't open for dining-in yet, but it does offer curbside pick up and delivery.

Mike, who owns the Brookfield restaurant, says they already had a delivery truck so other than making sure employees have face masks and they sanitize more, the restaurant hasn't had to change much during the pandemic.

In terms of when it will fully reopen, the restaurant is taking the wait-and-see approach, seeing how other restaurants plan to open.

In the mean time, customers can still load up on made-from-scratch Italian fare from Marty's Pizza.

"We make our own dough, we make our own sauce, we have our own sausage recipe, garlic bread. It's been that way since 1957 and we haven't changed a thing," Mike said.

Marty's Pizza has locations in Brookfield and Delafield. Check the restaurant's website for the complete menu.
