FRANKLIN — It's been a rough few weeks for the owners of Balloonee Toonz in Franklin.
"We almost locked the doors for good, just about went bankrupt," owner Deanna Starke says.
"We poured all our life savings except $1,200 to keep it afloat," Deanna's husband Tracy Starke says.
After shutting down for a bit, they're back. And while people aren't allowed in the store, they can pick up orders at the curb, or have items delivered.

"We are allowed to be open as long as we don't have contact. We take orders online. And people want these items," Tracy says.
They want things like virtual birthday parties for kids.
"How can you say no when a parent calls for a five-year-old's birthday. And when I make a delivery, the smile is more than a Kodak moment," Tracy Starke says.
Balloonee Toonz takes orders at any time. They are available for pick up and deliveries from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
