Hidden Kitchen food truck brings European influence to Cream City

It turned out to be a busy day for the Hidden Kitchen food truck, which has been parked outside the VA Hospital for the past four months. The owner, Oliver Hunt, is from England.

"It originated, I guess, five years ago. I was back home in Europe visiting family and my dad was doing something at home like inviting guests over to like dine. Kind of like a lodging experience as well, and then like at the home kitchen so I started off with me like cooking at people's homes and then it elevated to the food truck," said Oliver.

Oliver's European classic influence has been a huge hit here in the Cream City. His focus is seafood and surviving in a pandemic.

"Throwing everything in a kitchen sink, [to] see what was gonna work and what wasn't working. I mean we were all trying to come up with ideas. We're keeping busy, we were just trying to keep ourselves financially above ground, and now I think with the food truck and the weather, now it's crazy," said Oliver.
