If you're into crafted brews made in Wisconsin, Mark Mahoney is your guy.

"Went from a kitchen stovetop set up to basically having a garage full of brewing equipment," says Mark.

The next step was opening up Stock House Brewing in Wauwatosa, where they constantly brew something for everyone.

"My father's an MGD man, that's okay. But when he comes in here he has something sorta close that I know he'll like and enjoy. Then we have some crazy fun ones too. Right now we have a kettle sour with fresh raspberries on tap. So you're going to get a wide spectrum," says Mark.

Still new to the neighborhood, Stock House had Quickly gained a following.

"We played board games, we've got trivia, we've got a beer patio outside. So we have all of these great things and then of course the pandemic got very series and we had to shut our doors. Then things got tough for us," says Mark.

Going from tap to canned shrunk profits drastically. Luckily, it was just enough for the Stock House to survive, now the doors are back open.

"The weather has been so nice this summer, and people are outside, they feel safe, our regulars have started to come back," says Mark.

Which is a bonus for the whole block because Stock House doesn't serve food.

"BB's Pizza, Ono Kine Grindz, Tosa Bowl and Bun don't have big restaurant rooms. They make a great living on doing takeout so why not take it out and just walk two-feet over and have a couple of beers," says Mark.

Keeping it local 24/7 Stock House Brewing is open and ready to make you a new drink and an old friend.
