MILWAUKEE — Dorsia on Brady Street has a fresh new look. A large street patio gives its customers the outdoor dining experience that everyone is looking for during a pandemic.
"The city expedited a pilot program to offer bars and restaurants these parklets for outdoor seating," explains owner Jeno Cataldo. "Working with the city was an incredible experience, I think her name was Dawn Schmidt, and she just helped me through the process. We were able to get approved and up and running on the 3rd of July."

Jeno says the extra seating has been a huge hit.
"The number one thing in the restaurant business is to give people a good experience," he says. "Obviously keeping people safe and healthy is our number one goal. We have expectations and all of that throughout the year, but having the additional seats outside allows us to continue to serve people that maybe don't feel comfortable sitting inside during these crazy times."
