MILWAUKEE — Tastee Twist ice cream shop might just be one of the best-kept secrets in town. They've been putting smiles on people's faces for 41 years.
"We started in 1979, so we've been doing for the last 40 plus years," beams owner Rodney Anderson. "At first, I did it as a hobby and then I retired. Now we doing it for real."

Rodney didn't open up until May because of the pandemic.
"When I first opened up I really didn't how the reaction was going to be to the place," Anderson admits.
However, the recent relaxation of safer at home measures has prompted for an influx of business.
"It appears that people have been shuttered so long that they are all coming out and getting some ice cream and getting a little treat, so that's good for me and good for them," Anderson said.
