MEQUON — From cell phones to tablets, gaming consoles to computers, Cell Phone Repair in Mequon does it all. And they are open for business.

Owner Bob Sereno said his business is essential right now. "A lot of people don't have landlines, so their mobile devices are their connection for health care workers and family members," he said.

And most people have no idea their phone can be repaired in a hurry. "Their phone will come in shattered, and they're amazed that 90% of the time, we can fix it within like an hour," he said. And if they can't fix it, they have loaner phones to get you by.

Sereno has been in business for about two years in Mequon. He hasn't had to layoff any of his six staff members, but he has reduced hours.

Cell Phone Repair Mequon recently donated 30 Amazon Kindle Fires to a nursing home in Sheboygan County so residents could stay connected to loved ones.

The store is open Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
