Maryann Kmet wears many hats, but you may know her as the Ladle Lady.
"I've always loved making soup. So, I started basically a restaurant without the brick and mortar," says Maryann.
Online and delivery based, word of mouth helped Ladle Lady become more than just soups.
"Slowly that evolved into meal planning and meal bowls for people, so it's getting us through the summer," says Maryann.
A personal trainer and instructor at UW-Milwaukee, when COVID-19 hit, Ladle Lady became Maryann's full-time job.
"You know it's so comforting, everyone loves soup and it brings people together. Everyone has their favorite soup," says Maryann.

Creating a new menu each week, Maryann's customers continue to crave her creations.
"I like how there is no ending, there is no ceiling to what you can make," says Maryann.
With delicious soups, salads, and meal bowls, the Ladle Lady has something for everyone in your family.
"Parents are home homeschooling and working from home, so it's insane right now. We are here for you to help take that stress off your hands," says Maryann.
