Cafe Manna in Brookfield offers a menu full of flavor.
100 percent vegetarian, Chef Jordan Short is used to preparing dishes in the safest and healthiest manner possible.
"There's a lot of dietary restrictions that people have. We are one of the restaurants that support that and we get it all the time. We get a lot of silica, just vegan, gluten-free, and nut allergies," says Jordan.
It's for that reason that Jordan and the Cafe Manna staff kept working through COVID-19, whether sales were high or low.

"Week one the [sales] were pretty low but it built up and built up, I don't think we've been under 55 percent of our sales. Right now we are doing a hundred percent of what we normally do," says Jordan.
A tasty menu matched with high sanitation standards is the reason customers have continued to come back for carry-out or patio seating.
"All of our staff are wearing a mask. We are on a thirty-minute sanitation rotation throughout the entire restaurant," says Jordan.
Located on N. Brookfield Rd., Cafe Manna is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
