There are essential businesses across southeast Wisconsin that are still operating under the governor's Safer at Home order.

One of them is Ally's Bistro in Menomonee Falls.

The restaurant is serving up everything from salads and wraps to pizza and smoothies.

Customers like Lisa Witk are trying to help the restaurant survive during this rough time.

"I hope they make it through," Witk says. "That would be great; that's why we're here."

Owner Rodney Zimmerman misses having customers in the store.

"We want people. We love seeing people in the dining room, but given the situation this has been great," said Zimmerman.

Ally's Bistro is doing curbside pickup including a Mother's Day Brunch.

The restaurant is one of the more than 600 businesses featured on the TMJ4 News We're Open website.
