CLINTON, Wis -- A 17-year-old Clinton student was arrested for posting a picture of an autistic student using the bathroom.
According to our partners at WISC-TV, Josue Espinoza was arrested for depicting nudity. The student was urinating in the boys bathroom with his pants lowered to his ankles.
Espinoza was held in jail for two days and was released.
Shortly after his release, he made threatening posts on his Facebook page regarding a witness who notified authorities about the photo he posted.
On March 22, police arrested Espinoza again on a felony intimidation of a witness charge.
Espinoza was released on signature bond, ordered to have no social media presence and given a curfew.
