Milwaukee Bucks playoff excitement unites the city

The Bucks may be down in the Eastern Conference Finals, but we found reasons to be excited about Milwaukee's future. It has to do with the renaissance of downtown Milwaukee and the star power on the Bucks.

NFL Hall of Famer Terrell Owens predicts a bright future for the Milwaukee Bucks---though he admits he's a fan of both the Raptors and the Bucks.

When it comes to Milwaukee, T.O as he's often called says, "This is a great fan base. The welcome from the crowds is unbelievable!"

When it comes to Giannis Antetokounmpo, the NFL star notes, "In the next couple of years this guy's going to be the face of the NBA! I love where he is and where he's come from. I love his story."

Bucks fan Bradley Perez smiled as he looked out on the crowd after Thursday's loss.

"People are bummed out, but people are glad to be here. And I think it's just a beautiful thing for the city, and it's incredible to see everyone coming together for this event."

Gage McGeough adds, "Milwaukee's on the come up, its a great place to be. I love to see what's going on, I'm not going anywhere."

Optimist fans insist the vibe outside Fiserv Form is giving Milwaukee a new shine.

Bucks fan Trevor Wattawa exclaims, "You get the big city feel, you get all of this. I've never seen it like this. I'm not worried about anything, people are going to gather around the Bucks!"
