TODAY'S TMJ4 got a sneak peak inside the 32-story Northwestern Mutual Tower weeks before it opens to the public. Despite the announcement of layoffs last year, the hope is that the $450 million dollar structure will bring Northwestern Mutual into a new era. The new building will be open to the public on August 21.
