Keith Urban surprised a woman he calls his "number one" fan at a hospital in Ohio last week before his show.

Marissa English had tickets for Urban's show in Toledo Thursday but was unable to attend as she is now facing hospice.

According to a local Toledo TV station, the 25-year-old was born with a number of health conditions, including water and an operable cyst on her brain, severe scoliosis and cerebral palsy.

A group of Marissa's nurses started a social media campaign to get Urban to visit her in the hospital.

After hundreds of retweets, the campaign apparently got Urban's attention, and before his show, he dropped by the hospital to sing to Marissa.

Urban invited several members of Marissa's family to the private concert, and even mentioned her to the sold-out crowd saying he truly thinks she is his biggest fan.

He also dedicated Thursday's show to Marissa.
