Wisconsin wasn't the only place experiencing intense winds over the weekend.
Cleveland's National Weather Service jokingly issued a "small dog advisory" warning the public to hold on to their small pooches.
Hold on to your Pooch!...We have an unofficial "Small Dog Warning" Wind Advisory for northern #Ohio and NW #Pennsylvania this evening through Wednesday. Wind gusts 45 to 50 mph! A few trees may be blown down. Scattered power outages possible. #OHwx #PAwx #ThisIsCLE #CLEwx #NWS pic.twitter.com/9Az5E991cZ

All of southeast Wisconsin was under a wind advisory Sunday. Wind gusts were reported as high as 63 mph in Milwaukee, causing numerous power outages and wires to fall throughout the day.
While the warning was unofficial, it may just have prevented a few recreations of Toto and Dorothy.
