MILWAUKEE, Wis. — A 6-year-old is hospitalized with serious injuries after a shooting near 35th Street and Kaul Avenue.

Police say the shooting happened just before 6 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 25, on Christmas Day, near Mason Temple Church.

The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation. Milwaukee police are searching for the suspect or suspects.
