DODGE COUNTY — Local authorities have issued an arrest warrant for Nicolle Semrau, an inmate at the Dodge County Jail with Huber privileges, who did not return as scheduled this week.

Semrau was serving a one-year sentence with work release and child care privileges for resisting an officer and operating with a revoked license when she failed to return to the jail after a pre-approved appointment.

Huber Law allows an inmate to go to work and care for their children while being incarcerated. The law was established in the mid 1970's, and requires a judge's approval.
