Waukesha police received a call Sunday from a woman who was upset after KFC got her order wrong.
The woman told the dispatcher that her order was made wrong, and when she told the employee that she asked for her sandwich plain she was met with attitude, according to a Waukesha police report.

She said the employee then walked away from the drive-thru window and threw the first sandwich on the floor. A supervisor then came over to the woman with a new sandwich, but at that point she said she no longer felt "comfortable" accepting it after seeing an employee throw food on the ground.
The supervisor told the woman she would not be getting her money back, so she decided to wait at the restaurant in order to resolve the matter.
