WISCONSIN — Are Democrats headed to a contested convention in Milwaukee? The answer could come tonight as voters across the country make big decision on Super Tuesday.
Presidential candidate Mike Bloomberg telling supporters today "You don't have to win states, you have to win delegates." He suggested that no one will get a majority of delegates and "then you go to a convention, and we'll see what happens.
