If you and your family are heading back from deer camp or home from Thanksgiving this weekend, you're going to want to plan accordingly.

Another major weather system will sweep through the northern part of the state late Friday night into Saturday morning and continue through Sunday affecting parts north of Green Bay, Stevens Point and Eau Claire. Snowfall totals could reach as high as 12 inches, according to the National Weather Service.

A Winter Storm Warning has been issued for the northwest part of the state, with a Winter Storm Watch in effect for northeast Wisconsin into the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

The southern part of the state will mainly see a wintry mix of snow and rain, with little to no accumulation.
