Across the area crews are getting ready for another round of early winter weather. A winter weather advisory remains in effect from 3:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Wednesday.

Some areas will see a trace about of snow while others to the north and west of Milwaukee could see 4 inches.

Wisconsin Department of Transportation Communications Manager Michael Pyritz says their local partners at the county level have been busy preparing for the winter weather.

"It's going to impact tomorrow morning’s commute and we want everybody to make sure they are ready," says Pyritz.

The City of Milwaukee says they have 90 trucks and as many drivers ready to go to keep the roads free of snow and ice. They have been pre-treating bridges around the area before the snowfall.

Over in Waukesha, the county says they are prepared with more than 50 trucks and drivers ready to begin snow clean up operations.
