WAUWATOSA — Police say an adult was taken to the hospital with serious injuries after being hit by a car.
Officers were called to the 65th & Center shortly before 6:30 p.m. Monday. Several squad cars responded to the scene.
The adult was taken to a local hospital by the Milwaukee Fire Department.
The driver remained on scene and is cooperating with officers.
