The average temperature for Milwaukee in November is 46 degrees, according to TMJ4's Meteorologist Brian Niznansky, and the city will finally reach that average this week.
Wednesday is expected to be 46 degrees, and Thursday will be 53 degrees. That warmup means a break from snow, but periods of rain will be likely.
