The victim of a fatal collision on I-94 Monday has been identified as 33-year-old Douglas Felde.
The crash happened Monday in the eastbound lanes near 39th Street around 2:30 p.m.
The crash caused backups on I-94 for hours while authorities investigated the crash.
The factors behind the crash are still under investigation.
