WEST ALLIS — A homeowner in West Allis is dealing with significant damage after a car crashed into their home. It happened early Tuesday at 12:30.
The pursuit started with blaring sirens and squads chasing a car. It ended inside a home near 72nd and Cleveland.
“Wow, wow. They must’ve come off the stop sign here,” Christine Maddox said.
Maddox has lived in the area for 18 years, and although she admits watching reckless drivers rip through her neighborhood regularly, she’s never seen anything quite like this.
“That’s pretty bizarre; that’s a brick home. Brick homes are pretty solid. They had to hit that pretty hard,” Maddox said.
West Allis Police said no one inside was hurt, but they still are investigating.
