MILWAUKEE — A stolen SUV from Brookfield was involved in an accident Friday night in the City of Milwaukee.
Brookfield Police located the stolen vehicle shortly before 7:30pm in the 12700 block of West Capitol Drive.
Police tried to stop the SUV, but it took off at a high rate of speed.
The suspect headed east on Capitol Dr. with Brookfield Police in pursuit.
Officers terminate the chase near 68th and Capitol.
The stolen vehicle was discovered a short time later after it had caused a multi car accident by 58th and Capitol.
One person in the stolen SUV and one person in a car that was struck were taken to the hospital for non life threatening injuries.
Other suspects were arrested at the scene and have charges pending.
Milwaukee Police are assisting Brookfield Police in their investigation.
