MILWAUKEE — The 33rd annual TMJ4 MACC Star is on sale now.
Each year the star is designed by a child battling cancer or a blood disorder like sickle cell disease or aplastic anemia.
The designer of the 2020 MACC Star is 4-year-old Juan Pablo Franco of Mukwonago. He was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia in March 2019.
The theme of his colorful Star is "So Strong. So Awesome. So Brave." and the orange, green, and light and dark blue colors are some of his favorites.
The TMJ4 MACC Star sells for $10, the same price it was in its first year, 33 years ago.
They can be purchased online at www.maccfund.org or by calling the MACC Fund at 414-955-5833.
The Stars are also on sale at Balistreri-owned Sendik's Markets as well as Spargo Salon and Spa in Pewaukee.
