Thrillist recently named Milwaukee's Taco Moto as the best taco in the whole state.The joint features a rotating menu where customers can enjoy recipes varying from oysters to corned beef.
Before landing in Milwaukee, the taco trailer set up shop in Door County. The owner switched the restaurant's name from Gypsy Taco to Taco Moto after he says he became aware some may find the use of 'gypsy' offensive.
Thrillistapplauded chef Mitchell Ciohon for his "unflappable commitment to experimental tacos" withg the "Dr. Pepper-marinated tacos to prove it."
