KENOSHA — Three people were shot in Kenosha late Wednesday night, according to the Kenosha Police Department.

The first incident happened around 8:41 p.m. at the 1500 block of 61st Street. The victim is an adult male. Police said that the victim was "confronted" by a group of males before he was shot.

The identity and age of the victim has not been released.

The second shooting happened at 12:24 a.m. near the 4000 block of 14th Avenue, police said. One man is dead and another is being treated for injuries. There has been a large police presence at the house since early Thursday morning. It's unclear what the events were that led up to the shooting.
