MADISON — State lawmakers have proposed the idea of making Colby the official cheese of Wisconsin.
The bill was introduced as an act to amend the Wisconsin Blue Book.
The proposal was introduced by Reps. Kulp, Edming, James, Rohrkaste, Bowen, VanderMeer, B. Meyers, and Allen.
The Wisconsin Blue Book also includes information on the state song, waltz, tree, beverage, flower, etc.
