Emma Mertens, who is battling brain cancer, got her chance to be veterinarian thanks to the Animal Clinic in Sussex.
You may remember Emma as the little girl who asked for cards from dogs all over the country. Her simple request was met with over 10,000 cards sent from canines all across the globe.
Emma was asked to be guest veterinarian by the Animal Clinic and got to perform checkups and live out her dream of working with animals.
In a Facebook video, Emma looks beyond enthused in being a vet!
