SHEBOYGAN — The Sheboygan Police Department is investigating a serious crash that left a 13-year-old badly injured on Saturday.
Investigators say that a vehicle driven by a 16-year-old boy was traveling northbound on 13th Street about 2:00 p.m. when it crashed into several parked cars and a child standing nearby.
The 13-year-old child was taken to Childrens Hospital of Wisconsin by Flight for Life with serious injuries.
Police arrested the 16-year-old driver at the scene, according to authorities.
