On Tuesday, Sept. 8., the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office issued criminal charges against Antoine Alphonse Jr., in the connection to the homicide of Filigonio Ramirez-Montez.
The death occurred on Aug. 28., on the 2100 block of South 11th St.
Alphonse was charged with one count of first degree intentional homicide - party to a crime, and one count of armed robbery - party to a crime.
If convicted, he could face life in prison along with an additional 45 years in prison, and he may be fined up to $100,000.
