SURG Restaurant Group is teaming up with local businesses to raise money for the Milwaukee Police Association Fallen Heroes, Inc.
A fundraising event will take place from 12-4 p.m. March 2 at SURG on the Water. There will be silent and live auctions, as well as guest speakers Milwaukee Police Chief Alfonso Morales, Milwaukee County Sheriff Earnell Lucas and Milwaukee Police Association President Shawn Lauda.
All proceeds from the event will go to the families of fallen MPD officers Charles Irvine, Jr., Michael Michalski and Matthew Rittner, and to the Milwaukee Police officers who are traveling to D.C. to honor the officers whose names are being added to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Wall.
Carnevor Steakhouse, Umami Moto, Saz's Hospitality and the Calderone Club will provide food at the fundraiser.
Admission is $20 per person for adults. Children 10-years and younger may attend free of charge.
