MILWAUKEE — A summer job fair will take place Thursday in Milwaukee's 6th district.

It's happening at the intersection of E. Chambers St. and N. Palmer St. from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and will feature many area employers, job training, and supportive service organizations.

Alderman Milele A. Coggs is hosting the job fair. It's free to attend.

"It's an excellent opportunity to network in a relaxed, positive setting," Alderman Coggs said. "There will be numerous employers looking for motivated and talented workers at the event."

Employers at the job fair include Stainless Foundry, Next Door Foundation, FedEx, Kemps, Riverworks and more.
