Today brings the end of our nice and dry stretch as the heat, humidity and storms return for Wednesday.
Storms move in tonight after 9, thanks to a warm front that interrupts our nice weather. Expect temps tonight to remain warm in the upper 60s. Rain chances should clear by 8 a.m.
A sticky Wednesday is on hand with highs in the upper 80s and a heat index reaching well into the 90s. The risk of strong to severe storms comes with a cold front swinging through later in the afternoon.
Thursday will bring some relief with highs falling into the upper 70s with lower dew points.
There will be an increase in heat and humidity Friday and into the weekend.
