GREENFIELD — Greenfield Police continue to search for the man responsible for leading them on a chase that ended with a crash late Wednesday.
While the suspect remains on the run, the effects of the pursuit continue to be felt by Tina Mull, an Uber driver who ended up with a totaled car after the suspect slammed into her.
"As I look up, I see a car speeding toward me in my rear-view mirror," said Mull. "I didn't have time to think about anything."
The Greenfield Police Department was attempting to stop the suspect for a traffic violation before he took off about 10:45 p.m. Wednesday.
The crash was the second chase-related incident to happen that night in the Milwaukee area. Milwaukee Police pursued a suspect before the driver crashed into another motorist near 40th and Capitol.
Mull continues to be impacted by the crash, both physically and financially.
"In the blink of an eye, I lost my income. I lost my car. It's a total loss," she said.
