GLENDALE — You can now own a staple on Milwaukee's north side: the former Silver Spring House restaurant is now on the market.
The former Silver Spring House features three outdoor patios, two sand volleyball courts, and new concrete service walks. It also includes all of the kitchen equipment, tables, chairs, and bar equipment.
Last year, the Silver Spring House originally closed its doors after 114 years of business. The restaurant opened a few months later after renovations, and then closed its doors again earlier this month, according to the Journal-Sentinel.
Luke Fehrenbach and Daniel Hasbani with Ogden & Company are the listing brokers and currently have the price listed at $875,000. All tables, chairs, bar and kitchen equipment are included in the list price.
