Update: Edward J. Kolinski, 91, was located and is safe.
MENOMONEE FALLS — A Silver Alert has been issued for Edward J. Kolinski, 91, who was driving from Menomonee Falls and heading to Waukesha.
Kolinski was following his wife's vehicle, but they became separated. He has not been seen or heard from since. Kolinski was driving a 2015 dark blue Kia Optima, with Wisconsin license plate 634-BZS.
Kolinski, who is 5 feet, 7 inches and weighs 152 pounds, was last seen at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at his home.
He was last seen wearing a dark blue fleece jacket and blue jeans. Kolinski has brown hair and brown eyes.
He is believed to have dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
