WINNEBAGO COUNTY — A statewide Silver Alert has been canceled after a missing 66-year-old man last seen in Winchester in Winnebago County was found safe Wednesday evening.
The Department of Justice previously said David J. Biggar left his residence in Winneconne and went to a nearby Kwik Trip store.
Shortly after he left the store, at around 12:23 p.m., he went to another Kwik Trip in Winchester, around 12:55 p.m.
