Sheboygan Police are asking the public to avoid the area surrounding the Sheboygan Memorial Hospital.
Police say a male is experiencing a "mental health crisis" near the hospital that is located at 2629 North 7th Street.
This includes people who have previously scheduled appointments at the facility.
Police have contained the area, but are asking that all residents stay away until the incident is resolved.
