Sex offender to be released in Waukesha Tuesday

WAUKESHA — Sex offender Jamain J. Villers will be released from custody on Tuesday, according to Waukesha Police. The 27-year-old will be living at 1100 E. Main St. in Waukesha.

Villers was arrested in 2010 for second degree sexual assault of a child after repeatedly assaulting a 3-year-old male. He was released from custody in 2017, but violated the terms of his release and was taken back into custody.

He is now a life registrant of the sex registry.

Villers is to not have unsupervised contact with minors, no contact with victims and to not consume or possess any alcohol or illegal drugs.

He will be placed on discretionary G.P.S monitoring and is to comply with sex offender rules.
