WAUKESHA, Wis — A convicted sex offender will be released from prison on Aug. 27 and will live in Waukesha, according to Waukesha police.

Christoper Lesik, 55, was convicted of 1st degree sexual assault of a 7-year-old girl in 2008, according to police. He will be placed on a lifetime registry of sexual offenders and live at 1104 E. Main St.

A release from Waukesha police said that given his criminal history he has a potential to re-offend.

Lesik is not allowed to have unsupervised contact with minors, consume alcohol, volunteer with minors, or contact minors. He will also be monitored for the rest of his life via a G.P.S. tracking system that prevents him from going to certain areas in downtown Waukesha.

Police describe Lesik as being 5'11" with blond hair, blue eyes, and weighing 226 pounds.
