The former businessman turned politician Kevin Nicholson is running for the U.S. Senate nomination in Wisconsin.
Nicholson is a former Marine as well, serving two tours in the Middle East and receiving a Bronze Star in 2009. After his second tour, he came back to become an adviser and consultant for many companies.

Political Background: Nicholson has not held public office before. He was however, a former president of the College Democrats of America. Nicholson says that while in the Marines, he turned towards Conservative values and switched parties.
