GREENDALE -- Southridge Mall could be losing a major retailer.
The Milwaukee Business Journal reports that the Boston Store is one of 40 locations that parent company The Bon-Ton Stores Inc. is considering shutting down.
The Southridge store was included in a new report from Morningstar Credit Ratings LLC that identified 12 Bon-Ton properties with the riskiest loans.
Closing Boston Store would be a blow to the mall which has recently lost a Sears store and will soon lose Kohl's to a nearby development in 2019.
It's not clear when Bon-Ton plans to announce closures.
