The apartment-finding website Zumper recently released its report for most expensive cities in the country to rent.
Milwaukee was named the 55th most expensive city in the U.S. to rent in. For a one-bedroom apartment, $970 was the average monthly price. A two-bedroom apartment was up to about $1,020.
California had three cities in the top five most expensive cities, including No. 1 San Francisco.
