A Racine woman was charged for having sexual relations with a minor on Thursday.
Amanda Eckblad, 22, was charged with Possession of Child Pornography and Sexual Intercourse with a Child.
Racine police were investigating allegations that Eckblad had been having a sexual relationship with a minor when they found a video of her having intercourse with a 17-year-old on her phone.
Police were able to identify both Eckblad and the minor in the video.
If convicted for the Class D Felony of Possession of Child Pornography, Eckblad faces a fine up to $100,000 and/or imprisonment up to 25 years. Eckblad also faces a surcharge of $500 for each image or each copy of an image associated with the crime as well as a term of initial confinement followed by extended supervision for at least three years.
If convicted for the Class A Misdemeanor of Sexual Intercourse with a Child, Eckblad faces a fine up to $10,000 as well as imprisonment for nine months.
